At Forever Diamonds we guarantee your purchases and repairs for one year to be free of defects of workmanship. Should a problem occur, simply bring the piece of jewelry into the store so that we can inspect it and come up with a plan to make your fine jewelry piece 100% whole again. If you purchased a piece from us and live out of the area, just give us a call first and then send it to the store. We will get right on it!!
We understand that some "chain store" jewelers offer warranties for extended periods of time, usually for an additional fee. While we do not offer these services, we do recommend a hybrid type jewelry insurance policy from Jewelers Mutual Insurance Co.. Having coverage through them is paid via a small yearly fee. Not only does it keep your fine jewelry pieces covered beyond our warranty period, it also protects them against loss or theft. We highly recommend this coverage for your peace of mind.
At Forever Diamonds we strive to keep our policies simple, and that includes our return policy.
If for any reason you are not 100% delighted with your purchase, return the purchase undamaged, unworn and unaltered to the store within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. Any shipping costs to or from Forever Diamonds are non-refundable.
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase.
